Distance: 137 km
Difference in altitude: between 5800 and 6400m of D+.
A first stage with an alpine atmosphere with the passage of several passes and the crossing of high pastures.
We will pass under the foothills of the Pic de Bure before finishing in the forest.
Wild atmosphere far from everything, short push, crossing of a pass at almost 1700m and finally descent in the marls then on forest singles.
On the second day, there will be an array of downhill sections ranging from easy to technical.
Direction the South and the Haute Provence:
A magnificent variant for the most seasoned and the most fit from the morning.
Superb 360 degrees panorama then after the saving pic nic, it’s time for the long technical descent with its grandiose finale in the marls.
The third day is a transition day.
Two choices are offered to you:
Either a superb day loop allowing us to discover the surroundings of our B&B (with some beautiful sections)
Or you loved the final of the day before and you want to re-sign: a quick loop in the morning in the forest, then after the break, a small shuttle to get back the route of the day before and the fabulous descent to the lodge.
On the last day, change of scenery and vegetation.
After a short first ascent, magnificent descent by the pas de Roche courbe then monotrace ultra playful in the forest, full of revival.
The Vttae takes all its meaning there! a last steep ascent then imposing final through gorges to finish all gently at the edge of a water level.
In a few words:
4 days of incredible riding with 3 nights in a B&B to recover well between stages.
Between 5800 and 6400M of D+ for 180 km.
Numerous variations are possible along the route to adapt to the level of the group.
Take advantage of the Up Hill Flow by avoiding a maximum of forest tracks on the way up and favoring single-track.
